RETURN AND REFUND

Return Policy

Due to the complexities of international logistics, we do not accept returns after the order has been shipped. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the product arrives broken (defective or damaged upon delivery). To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (aside from the breakage).
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@verygoodbag.xyz to request an exchange authorization, providing details and photos of the breakage.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Please do not send your purchase back without obtaining an exchange authorization.

Shipping Costs

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any applicable refund or credit.
